Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us at thefragrancedad88@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging in your email.

  • We will not be able to process any replacements without photographic evidence.

  • Damage claims made after 3 days of receipt will not be eligible for replacement.
